I am a Seattle based User Experience Researcher with a degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) track.

I focus on uncovering opportunities for success in products by looking at the needs of its user base. I believe in data driven design, highly value and practice design research, and champion that to understand what a user needs we must pay attention to what they do, and not only to what they say.
