User Experience Researcher

From flight attendants and customer service agents, to medical professionals and cloud developers, Yoanna is passionate about understanding and building experiences for enterprise and highly specialized users. She developed her skills as a User Researcher through the Human Centered Design and Engineering program at the University of Washington and hundreds of hours of fieldwork and design ethnography. Now based in Seattle, but originally from Cuba she enjoys being a wife, a UXer, an avid traveler, and the occasional public speaker.
